Cancellations prior to shipment

Cancellations can be requested before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs. To cancel or amend your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Sealed Product - Final Sale

All sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products (including booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and cases) are sold on a strict non-return basis once opened.

• Breaking the manufacturer's seal removes the product's wholesale value.
• Opened products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
• The above conditions apply regardless of resale condition or market value.

Delivery Inspection Requirements

All B2B customers are required to inspect deliveries immediately upon arrival.

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted.

Reporting Damage On Arrival

To process any damage claim, the following is mandatory:

• Clear photos of
  • Outer shipping box
  • Internal packaging
  • Damaged product(s)
• Evidence must be provided before any items are opened or handled further.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being rejected.

Cosmetic vs Functional Damage

We distinguish between cosmetic damage and product failure.

Cosmetic Damage (No Refund)

• Minor dents, creases or shrink-wrap tears.
• Outer packaging imperfections.
• Products still suitable for opening and resale as packs.

These items are considered fit for purpose and are not eligible for return or refund. A discretionary partial credit may be offered but it is not guaranteed.

Functional Damage

• Crushed boxes affecting internal contents.
• Bent, warped or damaged cards.

These qualify as not of satisfactory quality and thus are eligible for replacement or refund subject to:

• Timely reporting.
• Valid supporting evidence.

Courier Liability and Signed Deliveries

• If damage is visible on delivery, it must be noted with the courier at time of receipt.
• Signing for goods as "unchecked" or "in good condition" may invalidate your claim.

• Responsibility transfers upon delivery unless properly disputed.
